In complex cases, this period may be extended by a further sixty (60) days, with notice provided to you.

11.3  tg7705 will not charge a fee for processing data subject rights requests, except where requests are manifestly unfounded or excessive, in which case tg7705 may charge a reasonable administrative fee or decline to act on the request.

11.4  tg7705 may require identity verification before processing a data subject rights request to prevent unauthorized disclosure of personal data.

12.1  tg7705 is strictly intended for individuals aged 21 years and above. tg7705 does not knowingly collect personal data from any person under the age of 21.

12.2  If tg7705 discovers or is notified that it has inadvertently collected personal data from a person under 21, it will take immediate steps to delete that data from its systems and close the associated account in accordance with the tg7705 Terms & Conditions.

12.3  If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a minor in your care has provided personal data to tg7705, please contact us immediately via the details in Section 16.

13.1  In the course of operating the tg7705 platform, your personal data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside the Philippines, including countries where game providers, technology service providers, and cloud infrastructure are based.

13.2  Where personal data is transferred outside the Philippines, tg7705 ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data, including contractual data processing agreements with receiving parties that impose privacy and security obligations consistent with the Data Privacy Act of 2012.

13.3  tg7705 does not transfer personal data to jurisdictions that do not provide an adequate level of data protection without implementing appropriate supplementary safeguards.

14.1  The tg7705 platform integrates with third-party services — including payment gateways (GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO), game providers (PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, Jili), and identity verification tools — to deliver its services. When you interact with these integrations, the relevant third party may process your data in accordance with its own privacy policy.

14.2  tg7705 selects third-party service providers with due regard for their data privacy and security practices, and requires all providers operating on behalf of tg7705 to enter into data processing agreements that bind them to standards consistent with this Policy.

14.3  tg7705 is not responsible for the privacy practices, content, or security of third-party services that operate independently from the tg7705 platform.
